As long as you meet the below requirements:
Anyone who is 21 years of age or older can open an account; however, people that are younger can do so through a Guardian Account.
Have a valid Kuwaiti Civil ID
Have a bank account with the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) in Kuwait
Please note you don’t have to deposit any money in order to open an account. However, the required initial amount of investment to activate an account can be found here.
