A Guardian Account is created for investors who are under 21 years old (minors) and can be opened only via the SmartWealth app or website.
The guardian will be responsible for the account until the minor reaches 21, and at that age the minor will become the owner of the account.
To open an account, the minor under 21 can sign up normally via the SmartWealth app or website. After that, they will receive an email from our side requesting:
Civil ID of the guardian
Signature of the guardian on the minor’s contract
KYC form to be filled by the guardian
