Via the SmartWealth app or website:

If you are unable to log in to your account, first try resetting your password by selecting “Forgot your password?”

If you’re still having trouble, please contact us via Live Chat or by sending an email to [email protected].

SmartWealth via the NBK Mobile Banking app (for NBK clients only):

We always strive to evolve our clients’ investing experience and provide you with new features and services.

For the time being, please note that you can only access your SmartWealth account through the NBK Mobile Banking application (where you initially signed up), not the SmartWealth application.

Please contact NBK at 1801801 for support with logging in to your NBK Mobile Banking account.
