You can request to change your IBAN by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Menu page on your SmartWealth mobile app

  2. Click on “Personal Information”

  3. Scroll down to “Bank Information” and click on “Change”

  4. Enter your new banking details and upload a screenshot from your Online Banking account proving this account corresponds to you. The screenshot should show your full name and your new IBAN.

  5. Submit the request and wait for 3-5 business days to receive feedback on whether your request was approved or rejected.
