You can request to change your IBAN by following the steps below:
Go to the Menu page on your SmartWealth mobile app
Click on “Personal Information”
Scroll down to “Bank Information” and click on “Change”
Enter your new banking details and upload your official bank account statement (in PDF format) for the account you want to add. This can be obtained via the steps here.
Submit the request and wait for 3-5 business days to receive feedback on whether your request was approved or rejected.
