You can request to change your IBAN by following the steps below:
Go to the Menu page on your SmartWealth mobile app
Click on “Personal Information”
Scroll down to “Bank Information” and click on “Change”
Enter your new banking details and upload a screenshot from your Online Banking account proving this account corresponds to you. The screenshot should show your full name and your new IBAN.
Submit the request and wait for 3-5 business days to receive feedback on whether your request was approved or rejected.
